The challenge
Allnex Belgium offers an extensive range of liquid resins, additives, resins for powder coating and crosslinkers for amongst other things wood, metal and plastic. The liquid products are poured into metal drums and plastic containers, which in turn are placed on pallets for transport. However, often those pallets were not wrapped securely enough, resulting in complaints from the company’s logistics partners. That is why Allnex Belgium decided to contact Certis Benelux.
Solution
Thanks to our years of experience in transporting chemical products, we understood all too well what Allnex Belgium needed. The solution? A turntable wrapping machine that automatically wraps a pallet bearing four drums but this time with 100 % load security.
